Our Real Estate Virtual Assistant rates are by retainer
or per hour. Other
charges may incur such as long distance, postage, shipping cost, and
printing through an outside company.
Hourly Rate:
Clients pay in advanced for a certain amount of hours.
Once that time is used up, we bill them again for the same amount of time.
Hours can be used up in 1 week or 3 months. There is no time limit put
on it. Some services such as graphic design or custom website design
are billed at a higher rate than general services.
Retainer Rates:
Retainers are available at a discounted rate. Clients pay for a
specified amount of hours each month and are guaranteed availability for
that amount of hours.

Payment Policy and Terms:

Payments can be made in the form of credit card, check, cashier's check, money order, or Paypal
(preferred method of payment).

If termination is necessary by either party a 30 day
termination notice is required.

All fees are paid in advance prior to commencement of work.

A signed contract outlining the description
of services and payment agreement is required prior to any work being
done.

Hourly
and retainer clients must pay for hours up front before any work can be done.

There will be a $25.00 service fee on all
returned checks.

All past due invoices and retainer payments will incur a
late fee.
